The pre-registration form handles your email address, selected language, consent and submission time. To limit abusive requests, it also uses a derived IP identifier, request times and temporary session information. Standard hosting access logs may include IP addresses.
2. How we use it
We use your email address for updates about HashRow and Drift Play launches, events and participation opportunities, and to respond to registration, support, unsubscribe and deletion requests. Anti-abuse information is used to operate the form securely.
3. Storage and protection
Registration details are received and managed in the operator’s email account. External service providers support email delivery and hosting. Access is limited to operational needs, and information is kept only as long as needed for the stated purposes. Expired temporary anti-abuse data is cleared during subsequent requests.
4. Sharing
We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent except where required or permitted by applicable law. Service providers may process information as needed to support these operations.
5. Cookies and device preferences
A temporary cookie supports secure form submission. Browser local storage saves your language and motion preferences. This website does not include advertising or analytics tags.
